Hard lump that wasn't there before

Q: I have lipoma on my shoulder now it has a hard round lump. Should I worry?

It is possible that it has become hard to to normal changes, or may be due to the fact that it may eventually become inflamed. You may need to have this lipoma surgically removed by a surgeon or dermatologist. Please have it examined.
