Haven’t been able to sleep a full night in years

Patient: Haven’t been able to sleep a full night in years. Sleep cycles are generally an hour long occuring 5 to 7 times a night. Each cycle is accompanied by a dream though i am aware that I am dreaming. Tired most of the day. Sometimes wake up and legs tremble and I feel void of strength.
