Having frequent bladder, constantly urinating every hour

Patient

Q: Hello recently I went to the doctor because I've been having bladder issues. The first thing I noticed in my genital area prior to going to the doctor there would be a slight throb what seemed to be near my testicle, however I inspected to discover there was no redness, swelling, tenderness or no feel of any unusual lumps, so I disregard because I felt it was due to my exercise. But I did notice that it happened again recently and I haven't been exercising so of course I inspected the area and felt nothing no pain if i moved it (testicles) or touched it I couldn't distinguish where the pain was coming from. However the last few days I have been going to bathroom frequently non stop (side note I have been drinking a detox tea along with my diet and I've been doing that for quite sometime everyday on a consistent basis probably over a year now). I went to the doctor yesterday where they did my vitals and discovered my blood pressure was really high, also they swab my penis the doctor inspected my testicles, I urinated in a cup, and also gave blood samples. The diagnosis after I left the doctor was only hypertension and urinary frequency the only prescription I was prescribed was for high blood pressure. Yesterday while at work the peeing did seem to stop a little I wasn't going every hour, however I did drink a energy drink and all of last night I was going back and forth to the bathroom non stop and even now when I pee, I still feel as if there is still pee in my bladder that's not coming out? What could this be the cause the doctor said it doesn't appear to be UTI or STD (I havent had sex in almost a year), based of the urine analysis he said the urine is clear and the only thing he saw was 1 or 2 red blood cells, he doesn't see it as being an infection. So I'm clueless and confused as to what could causing my frequent bladder.
