Having trouble getting pregnant

Patient

Q: Hi, I had surgery July 29th 2010 to remove five Fibroids. The type of surgery that was performed on me was Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Myomectomy, after having this surgery my surgeon told me to wait four to six months before having sex to try and conceive a baby it's been a whole year and i'm still not pregnant. My husband went and had a Semen Analysis done and his text results came back saying Grade B,Oligtrtozoospermia High viscosity. I don't have any medical Insurance right now until my job offers it in five more months so I need to know if I will be charged for this answer. Any advise Please.
