HDL Dropped 60 Points in One Year

Q: I'm a very healthy 30 year old, eat well, only drink water and am training for a half-marathon, with a pace of 8:20. I'm 5'5" and 130 lbs. I have blood pressure of 110/60, fasting glucose of 70, pulse of 55. I had a cholesterol test done today and my total cholesterol was 187, but my HDL is 24, where last year my HDL was 87. Any idea why the huge drop in my HDL number?
