Patient :I was doing overspilts a week ago (for dance). 4 times I successfully came to the ground, but when I was doing it the 5th time i was just half way and I heard and felt a really loud pop. The next day I did a jump which really hurt and I was limping a bit. This doesnt hurt anymore now but stretching that leg still does and I am not even close anymore to my split. What did I do? Thank you!
