Heart Pain

Patient : Hi . Im a 34 year old male, 160 pounds, 6 foot tall. I have never had any serious health issues. I do smoke and drink occasionally, but generally eat a healthy diet and excercise 3-4 times a week. Over the last few weeks, i have been experiencing pains in the left hand side of my chest. THey are not debilitating, but are enough to make me stop what i am doing. They usually last a few minutes, and can occur when i am at work, in bed, at rest or when active. am i heading for a massive cardiac arrest?
