Patient :I noticed today after doing day 3 of C25K that my heart rate was still around 107 close to 30 minutes after my workout. It's not too over 100, but should I still be concerned? I used to work out semi-regularly, and took about month or more off due to laziness and becoming busy with class. I haven't had any unusual symptoms other than some skipped beats, I have also been anxious lately, and thought that may contribute.
