Heel pain after fencing

Patient : I have achilles tendinosis. I also am a 34 year old fencer. I recently went to a fencing tournament and fenced for about 8 hours. That night, my left heel (the very end) was killing me. The next morning I could barely walk. I severly limped all day. The days that followed, I would limp after getting out of bed and also if when I got up after resting for any period of time. It really hurts to walk. Everything I have read online suggests plantar fascia. But, I am wondering if it has anything to do with my achilles problem (which doesn't hurt right now). Could it be plantar related or could I possibly have a stess fracture? Please help! Thanks.
