Height Increasing Exercises and How Effective Are They?

Q: Greetings! I am eighteen years old and recently I have been reading up about exercises that helps one to grow taller especially by increasing the height in legs such as sprinting, swimming, cycling and kicking. I wanted a doctor's opinion on this matter. Is it possible for a woman of 18 years of age, to grow taller by sound 2-3 inches with these exercises? Thank you!

Symptoms:  None. Just not satisfied with my height of 167 cm.
