Hello doctor,

Patient

Q: Hello doctor,
For quite some time now, I am having blackouts. At within that span of time , I have no control over my body and my body starts involuntary actions like throwing my arms about or walking backwards. This usually lasts for a few seconds. During this time everything in front of my eyes goes pitch black, I become void of every sensation, my body has convulsions and I am not aware of what happens but I do realize later. I did consult a doctor and he advised a C.T. scan but the reports were normal. The doctor said that these were happening because I have low pressure. I am not sure that what he said was true. I want a second opinion. I have low pressure but I am psychologically fit and I practice meditation. I am really concerned about this. Please help. Thank you!
