Hello doctor, I am here to ask questions concerning my

Patient : Hello doctor, I am here to ask questions concerning my heavy flow during my menstrual period. I do have heavy flows normally. But it became excessively hesvy that I resorted to using baby diapers which I could change up to 5 times in a day. It gives , e concern as I cannot do my normally activities comfortablly. Its as bad as flowong as you drink water, or eat any meal. I try to eat as little as possible during this period. Same applies to water atleadt the first 3 days. My period can be heavy up to 4 days with 2nd and third day very heavy. But can last up to 6 days. I noticed the extreme heavinees when I relocatef abroad to further my studies..the weqther was cold compared to the hot and sunny weather I usually have in my place. I thought this could have contributed to it.....was exactly 4 years now... my ist few months, I experienced weakbess and my hands could turn white at the end of each period and I sweat a lot at night while sleeping as at then. Doctor confirmed me anaemic and placed me on iron supplement and I also tried to take rwd meat , lever and few vegetables I saw. It improved at some point. At 2013, I met a gyno abroad and they confimed I had tiny fibroids and suggested follow up scan but said it could not have caused thw heaviness. I was given option of a contraceptive and trinexamic acid and I took the second option but never took the drug as I was scqred of blood clot they mentioned as side effect on rare occassion. I returned to my base end of 2013 and got my health back as I had enough vegetables to eat and was in sunny weather. In 2014..I observed the flow was not as much but was still heavy..I went for another scan in may w014 and it said normal anteverted uterus, multiple 2 -3 anterior wall, fundal, subserosal uterine fibroids meaduring 2cm and suggested follow up scan and a right ovary simple cyst of 2.0×1.6cm. Never had another scan. The flow will atimes be a bit normal like stop at 3 days and only very heqvy on 2nd day...past two mths ..it was extremely heavy with clots.. as well as last month but didnt come with clots this month. I have also observed that in the pasr two weeks or so .. weather has been so hot and i sweat a lot which worries me as I dont usually sweat. I sweat only on my scalp, neck down to tommy and back.sometimes I feel this hotness in my chest as if the heat comes from inside...i sweat under fan but feel normal under Ac. What is the caise of this? I have treated malaria and cough almost twice in 3 months. I need your advice ...I sometimes have pains on my leg which feels like rheumatism but at 30yrs ..I dont think I should be havingbthat..it comes and goes and I take ibupropen for it. Could come two times in a year when I am stressed. What can you advice on this issue the glow, the hotness, sweat and leg pain....its not on the bone but feels like it..Meanwhile I am not sexually active if that would help...cos I was asked once when i went for scan. Thank you and hope to hear from you soonest
