Hello Doctor, I've been feeling fatigued and my face looks

Patient : Hello Doctor, I've been feeling fatigued and my face looks slightly puffy. So I went to a GP, gave blood samples, and a urine sample that I was told had blood but could not be seen, and I was told around a '3'. I do not have a fever, blood pressure is normal, no UTI or urinating problem. Was told they are testing for diabetes (fam history), kidney issues or thyroid issue (which the GP was was the most likely cos my glands are abit up)
Symptoms:  Fatigue, puffy face
