Q: Hello doctor,
My mother is 53 years old lady she had stiffness in left hand, doc told cartilage in shoulders get shrink thats y stiffness came and prefer some physiotherapy, but she did not do it properly so still t stiffness exist. After some months right hand also get pain, doc told this hand having t same problem as left hand. She undergoes physiotherapy but this time after long gap she did 3 hand excersises 60times(20times each) after doing excersises she got severe pain and swelling on shoulder, she is even not able to move her arm (did excersise almost 30 hours ago) has she got any fracture or rupture in cartilage or is it normal swelling. Is it emergency to meet doc or can we wait for one more week?
