Patient :Hello, I am 26 years old and have been lifting heavy for about a month. The last two weeks when doing calf raises immediately after squats, there is a lump protruding on the outside of my lower left leg about 3-5 inches above my ankle. It is not painful, but uncomfortable. It happens everytime I do calf raises and I stop when it starts to flare up because I do not know why it is happening and do not want to injure myself. Please help with any info you may have of why this is happening or what I can do to prevent it, or if I should even be worried about it. Thanks!
