Patient :Hello, I am a 15 year old male who started working out quite some time ago, now before i go work out, i have 100mg caffeine in a pill, then while I work out I have 75mg in my water. I don't feel much effect from it, I didn't when I first started out either, but would it be okay to take 200mg in pill form for a total of 275mg indstead, to get more effect. I weigh 63,6kg.
