Hello I am a 19 year old male attending

Q: Hello I am a 19 year old male attending Highschool. I leave for the marines in 3 months. Currently I have followed a intense exercise regime of mainly lifting weights and cardio. My diet is very all over the place but I have a naturally high metabolism that doesn't allow me to grow very much. I am 5"8 and weight 155-160 lbs. Now I have heard reviews that a chemical called SARMS (selective Androgen receptor modules) specificly the LGD 4033 can help bust plateau's and put on muscle size and strength similar to that of steroids without any serious side effects. My plan was to only take this at a dosage of 5mg per day for a cycle of 30 days. I have heard reviews that by not over doing the dosage or taking these supplements for too long it can be safe and effective. I am mostly afraid of testosterone suppressant and Gynoplastia. What is your opinion on this? is it worth the risk or is it relatively safe with the plans I have in place?
