Patient :Hello. I am a 22 year old female. I've always been thin and weighed around 50 kg. my height is 1.54 meters. I've been on all sorts of antipsychotics and antidepressants for the past few years due to a mental illness, which made me gain a lot of weight. I got off of most of them and currently only taking Citalopram. I've also been diagnosed with Polysictic Ovaries Syndrome and started taking birth control pills prescribed by my doctor to treat the condition. I am now weighing 72 kg. I feel like all that happened has messed up my body and digest system, so here are my two questions: besides from eating healthy and excersizing, is there anything else I should do or can do in order to retrieve my body and bodily functions? Also, I want to take appetite depressing pills, what is the best one to help me loose appetite, weight and without weight- gain related side effects that will be most suited according to my details? Thank you.
