Patient :Hello, I am new to the fitness regimen and had done some research on vitamins that could essentially aid the weight loss process. I have recently bought fish oil , B12, L Argenine, and CLA. Are these safe to take all together throughout the day? Or should they spread out? If they arent such a good idea after all can you please explain why ?. Thank you.
