Hello, I am very curious about sperm absorption Background

Patient : Hello, I am very curious about sperm absorption. Background is, that many people report about feeling much more motivated, powerful, confident etc. when they stop masturbating (in the net so called 'nofap challenge'). I proved it myself, and gotta say I noticed a better feeling. This can be psychological because of the belief. On the other hand with masturbation goes a lot of hormones ahead and I heard about a 'love hormone' what probably should be used for a 'loved' one and not being wasted. Well the main question is, since sperm is the quintessence of life and creating life, are there any positive biological aspects your body or brain can benefit from if you don't ejaculate at all and keep it to yourself? I mean it's getting reabsorbed, but there must still be some positive chemicals you can benefit from, if you keep it instead of emit it, since energy always is just transmuting? I hope you can help me with that kind of weird question. Best Regards, Max PS Sorry for the bad english, I'm German.
