Patient :Hello, I don't have the time to see a doctor to ask in person so I would like if you could help. I sleep way to much almost every night I sleep between 12-14 hours and no matter how much sleep I get or how little, I am almost always tired and want to sleep more, I am also having problems with getting energy and remembering things/ keeping my thoughts together. This has been happening for a few years now as well. Just to add I do have anxiety and depression which I have read may contribute to this, but I would just like a opinion on if this is more serious or not.
