Hello I have a quick question? I haven't had my

Patient : Hello I have a quick question?... I haven't had my cycle since December 30th. From February to the beginning on April I have taken several hpt with the results reflecting negative. My cycles are very normal and regular. I went to get a pregnancy test done at at pregnancy center on April 28th and the rest came back as positive but with a faint line. As soon as I got home, I took another pregnancy test that revealed a positive result as soon as the urine hit the first window. I'm very confused because I'm not sure if it's possible to not be able to detect a pregnancy for 3 months through hpt but to still have been pregnant all that time. Is it possible that I am around 17 weeks but just wasn't producing enough hcg or that something else could have been the cause of my missed periods and that I just recently conceived and that's why it's showing up now? I'm so confused, please help!
