Patient: Hello, I just had my results from food sensitivity test, and I had more than max sensitivity to milk and alpha lactalbumin, but 0 on all kind of cheese. And very low (the lowest) on Beta lactalbumin and casein. Therefor I am now so confused of what can I eat and what not, and how can I know whether i will know how to recognize it on food labels? Please help….
