Patient :Hello, I'm a 25 year old female I've had four pregnancies all c-section deliveries, I am about 5'4-5'5 and a little heavier in weight. I am highly allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin any NSAID type medication, prednisone, and many antibiotics. recently in the past 6-8 months I've had severe shoulder pain that goes up into my neck and a little down my arm, there's also times it feels like someone is pushing down on my shoulder, my arm and hand will feel very weak as well at times and when I raise my arm up over my ear level I can feel and hear a popping clicking sound. The pain gets worse when I cough, sneeze or pick something up, bending or reaching. It didn't start to bad at first it would hurt a couple days and than go away, it was uncomfortable and inconvenient but not unmanageable. After about 2-3months of it coming and going, and progressively getting worse and more painful, now it's all day every day the pain doesn't stop doesn't go away, and makes simple things almost impossible, all I want to know is what could it possibly be and how can I treat it or even lessen the pain?
