Hello, I've constantly been in a daze for quite some
I've constantly been in a daze for quite some time now. It feels like you just awoke from a nap, every second of every day. This never goes away, ever! Along with this, I'm experiencing heart palpitations (mostly while sitting, lying down or after eating) some depression, hands and feet going numb during sleep or while sitting , blurred vision while trying to focus, some balance issues after waking up, some slurred speech and some intrusive thoughts. I understand these are all symptoms of anxiety, but they are constantly present, not just under stress. Ive never had psychiatric problems in my life. Ever! This seemed to hit randomly out of the blue one day while I was relaxing. Im a very active person as well (weight lifting, running basketball, clean diet). Could this be a deficiency of some sort? I've had a cbc whigh came back clean. If this is GAD, can it be treated without medication? I'm lookin to enlist in the United States Marine Corps and want to be 100% symptom free before shipping out for boot camp! Thanks for the advice.
