Hello, I've had a nail go through my finger, it

Patient : Hello, I've had a nail go through my finger, it was very hastily removed and cleaned leaving an entry and exit wound about 1.5cm apart. There's a slight pain, a bit of a tingle and it feels a bit restricted due to it being right next to a joint but so far next to no swelling. Also it still seems to be bleeding after twenty minutes but it is far from pouring out. I'd just like to know if this is cause for concern or not?
Symptoms:  Pain, tingling, bleeding, restricted movement in finger
