Hello Sir, I

Patient : Hello Sir, I m suffering from lower back pain since last 3 months.according to my MRI 1.Concentric bulge with left paracentral extrusion of L4-5 disc, ligamentum flavum thickening and facstal arthropathy causing moderately severe compression on central canal and neuralforamina. Small right paracentral extrusion, minimal caudalmigration of L4-5 disc also seen closely abutting moderately compressing traversing right L5 nerve root. 2. Right paracentral protrusion of L5-S1 disc and facetal arthropathy mildly compressing thecal sac and traversing right S1 nerve root.
Symptoms:  Pain travel from lower back to back side of right knee.
