Patient : Hello Sir, I am 24 years old ,male , working in an automobile sector. From last 8-10 months i am suffering from short episodes of vertigo . i am experiencing this once in every 2-3 weeks, it continues for 2-3 minutes but it becomes difficult to even stand during those episodes. I do also experience some kind of air leakage sound for next five minutes particularly in my left ear. some times vomited also. I have gone for the ENT specialist for this, they asked me to do Audiometry & Tympanometry test. After these tests they told me that everything is ok with your ear. Then i had gone to the Neurologist for the same issue. They asked me to do Thyroid test, EEG test , After completing these test also they were not able to identify the problem and i am still experiencing vertigo in every 2-3 weeks. Please suggest....
