Patient

Q: Hello sir or madame,

I have a rather odd question. I am a 21 year old woman who suffers from hypothyroidism (the slow one ). I had been taking my pills regularly for a few months and my dates between periods were all wacky. These are my start dates (usually lasts for 5 days): Feb 17, March 27, and May 5. I had been off my meds for pretty much all of May and I just got my period today, May 31. I thought the pills were supposed to help regulate my periods (I know that's not the purpose of the pills, but it helps) but when I was off the pills I seemed to be "normal". Should I be concerned?
