HELP

Patient : Im a 5 foot 7 male 22 and I exercise at least 3 times a week (normally 4-5) which consists of around 40 minutes cardio and an hour of resistance training, i eat healthy and never consume more then 2000 calories a day. i only drink on weekends and not to excess ( if i do its always with diet soda). i was overweigh at 13 stone 10 and got that down to 10 stone 10. my problem lies in the fact that no matter how much i mix up my exercises i can not lose my belly and back fat, everywhere else has little to no fat except those regions. The only bad medical history in my family is IBS and an underactive thyroid but i dont have low energy levels so i guess that hasnt hit me...YET. its really starting to get to me is there any suggestions you have?
