Patient : Dear Doctor, Im at such a loss. For about two months my lower back at the sides is in pain. When I wake in the morning my WHOLE back and chest is "locked up " then about 2 weeks ago my right knee has swollen , I cant curl up my leg on the sofa for too long or squat down , this is now followed by severe nausea to the point of me throwing up in the mornings. I feel so sick when I wake up. Because I get panic attacks when leaving the house sometimes, my Doctor said to me " ah you suffer with anxiety " that its all in my head . I had to beg him to send me for an xray on my back which came back clear . So now Im just on solapol for pain and Xanax. I look physically sick and drained . I never had a blood test done in all the years Ive been with my doctor . I was on anti depressents for years up to about 3 months ago . I couldn't handle the side effects so came off them. I really have to stress that this is all not in my head . I feel so sick, my back and knee are killing me . Im close to tears writing this. I cant take it much longer. I need a doctor to treat me but because I suffer with anxiety Im not been taken seriously . please can you help me . I tried to go to two new doctors yesterday but they told me they were full and not taking on anymore patients. This is mental, its physical. why has my knee swollen, why is my back and chest locking up, and why do I feel like throwing up. please help
