Help me

Patient : My grandma is 84years old, she having long term osteoporosis, and she is having gout arthritis on left knee, last nights he fall down and having sprain on left neck, fracture on neck of humerus and head of radius, after went to hospital the doctors say there are 2place fracture as I said, the doctor say using a pull and push method to move back the bone, I m not sure what is the method, as the doctor say my grandma bone dentistry is too low, so can't use screw or pin method to treat the fracture.. After having plaster cast, we went home.. But now she can't even move, slightly also feel very suffer.. And we just touch the leg she is almost scream out.. May I know what the treatment is given? And what is my grandma condition?
