Help me, I’m oversleeping

Patient: Hi, I am a 22 year old girl who is constantly tired, i sleep 11-12 hours a day and naps during the day. When I’m awake i cant wait to get back to bed and sleep more. Sometimes i get so sick and tired of sleeping but my eyes are so heavy i have no choice. I’ve tried sleeping less but i end up passing out around noon. My grades are suffering, i often just stay in bed and watch TV. if i have been studying hard one day, the next day i feel sick. i don’t shower every day because its too much work. I have so many things i want to do with my life but i cant because i’m always tired. I feel weak, even in my dreams i cant fight back because im so weak, i cant even lift up my arms. I often dream about being stressed that i have to sleep. my short term memory isn’t what it used to be. I can go on autopilot and have no clue what i’m doing there, what i’ve done and how i got there. i have hallucinations at night, nightmares every night and i pee constantly. my blood pressure is high, especially at night. My tests have been normal. I’m 166 cm and weighs 56 kg.
