Help Me: Sickness Taking Over My Life

Patient: Why am I sleepy all the time among other serious symptoms that have recently been changing my life? What could all this be? What can I do?

Symptoms: Constantly tired (sleep for 24 hours without using bathroom or eating), severe sore pain all over body (back, shoulders, arms, legs) , occasional vomiting of blood (blood is light red and watery), small lump on side of neck, hard spot (ball-like) on left lower abdomen, lost weight but have been eating, jelly-like balls when cough, lymphnodes swollen, personality has changed (unmotivated, depressed, lazy) *note these symptoms have been occurring two months now. I cannot get medical help at this time and need some sort of direction or knowledge of what this could might be; for it is taking everything out of me.

Extreme fatigue (could sleep for 24hrs without using restroom or eating). Swollen lump in side of neck (size of a dime). Hard lump on left side of abdomen (pretty large). Small jelly-like balls when cough or sneeze. Lymphnodes have been swollen for necks. Personality change (once active athlete always exercising now sleeping and resting everyday.)
