Help with weight loss


Q: I am a 15 year old girl and I am 5'1 and I used to weigh 164 pounds and now after a few months of exercising and eating right I have lost 20 pounds but my body doesn't look like it. I still have a lot of upper arm fat and big thighs. I am trying to lose the fat but it doesn't seem to be going away. Could you explain why? Do I need to lose more weight? And could you recommend some good ways to lose weight? Like certain exercises to do or foods to eat? Thank you very much.
