Helping my wife in K.C.

Patient

Q: My wife a 68 year old 60lbs over weight with ZERO stamina. She uses a walker to get around and has fallen quite a bit lately. I cannot get her motivated to help herself get up and exercise. had a 21 day stay in rehab but just went through the motions in order to get home. Therapists came to our home to work with her but as soon as they left it was back to the chair and sleep. She has taken sleep apnea tests but failed to keep up with it. Married for 49 years and its causing a strain in our relationship. We live in the greater Kansas City area and was wondering if there was some place to take her for help. Thanking you in advance for any thing you can help me with.
