Patient :I got tested a year ago for herpes because I had the sores in my genital area. One doctor did a visual test and said it was herpes but when another doctor tested me, she did a swab of the sores and the results were not herpes. I have sores again but not as many as last time and they are itchy. Should I go to the doctors again and get swabbed again or can I rule out herpes?
