Patient :Hey I'm a 16 year old male, 6 foot and 153 Pounds. My estimated body fat percentage I would say is about 15%, I'd like to drop some of this percentage as I'm trying to bring out my muscles and just lose the weight in general to basically get a more 'toned' look should we say. Anyway, could you please advise me on what I could do to accomplish this?
I go on a jog daily for 30 minutes to 1 hour, anything more I can do?
