Hi doctor I really hope you can help me as

Patient : Hi doctor I really hope you can help me as I'm really desperate for an answer, I have been suffering a severe constant back pain a year now it started 3rd day after an epidural as I had a c section, the pain is exactly where the epidural was inserted in the middle of my back, the pain goes up,its worse with any movemens,walking , standing or siting all painfull I also have burning going up to my neck and should blades, I have been on zapain, diclofanic, and tramadol using them for nearly a year now but the pain is no better, im certain it's from the epidural,what could have happened? Could it be a nerve damage or what could be the cause? can you please help, thanks
