Patient : Hi, I am seeking some sort of help/advice on a big and excrutiatingly painful lump I have on my labia. My inner labia minoras to be exact, but it's a big ball like lump the size of a marble that pops out either side of my right labia minora "flap". Its red, and the inner side of the lump has gotten dark purple/black. It is not really that red, but its hard, and quite big as it comes quite far out. Very rarely a tiny bit of blood would come out of it somewhere on a tissue but that's it. It is impossible to touch because the pain is unbearable, I can't sit or stand. I've had it for around 5 days, and it used to be that I could sit in a certain position and I would have no pain as long as no pressure was applied to that area, but now it just is constantly in extreme pain all the time and in such a sensitive area. I haven't been able to go to work because I can't even walk normally because of the pain and I'm thinking of finally going to see a doctor tomorrow, but right now it would be great if you could just give me some advice for right now, and maybe give me an indication of what I might have. I've searched my symptoms but there's just so many different things it could be and a lot of people's experiences they've shared online seem a lot different to mine. (I am 19 and not sexually active) Thank you so much
