Patient :Hi I am very overweight, I am 44 years old, have a good home gym, I want to start losing weight and excerising. I weigh almost 150kg and am 5ft 8ins. Don´t smoke. The only thing is I have conical spurs on my feet for the last 7 years. I am a chef, so long shifts on my feet. What excerises are best to start losing weight and then once my feet are less painful I can start with the treadmill. I have a static bike, elipitcial trainer, weight station, boxing bag, vibration platform.
