Q: Hi i have question about some fat burners i´ve started with, I'm afraid i might be overdosing.. I'm a 18 year old girl who workout 5-7 times a week. I think I'm kind of sensitive to coffein or something because I'm experiencing nausea, headache, fever, dizziness, trouble breathing, irregular (sometimes fast) heartbeats, like a pressure on my heart and on the first day uncontrollable muscle movement. These symptoms come and go during the day, mostly 3-4 hours after taking the fat burner. But the first day was the worst one, because i thought i was gonna die, but then it got better later in the day. I have taken one capsule, which contents 175 mg caffeine, but im starting to think that it´s not maybe just the caffeine in it, could be the ingredients too. Does the body get used to this or should i stop? I really need to control my hunger to get my dream physique. Im not looking to build muscles only tone my body and reduce fat.
