Hi, I was wondering if I might be developing spring

Patient : Hi, I was wondering if I might be developing spring allergies. It started earlier this week when my nose would randomly tickled throughout the day, but I was unable to sneeze. I stayed that way for about three days. On the night of the third day, my nose started getting runny. The following day my nose was runny and stuffed up. I was finally able to sneeze, and I continued to sneeze a lot throughout the day. Today my nose isn't very runny but still a little stuffy. My nose randomly tickles throughout the day again. I've sneezed several times today though. Both of my parents developed allergies as adults. I got tested for allergies about for years ago for common allergens such as mold, dust, and grass pollen for example. My results were negative. I wasn't tested for tree pollen though. There's lots of trees and nature in my area. I've lived here most of my life.
