Patient :Hi, I'm 16 years old and uncircumcised. When I was about 12, I was first able to retract the foreskin, although it was slightly forced because I don't think it was quite ready. I noticed that the head had a slight discolouration and was grey, and I didn't think anything of it until recently. I've been cleaning under the foreskin and exposing it to air every day but it is still greyish, 4 years later, with a reddish undertone. Glans is also still quite sensitive. It has decreased in sensitivity since age 12 but I still feel some pain. Sometimes the head also sticks to the foreskin and is not easily retractable without saliva to help it along. I've considered circumcision but my dad said that it is unnecessary. I'm just wondering if this is normal or not, and if there's something I can do to solve the problems listed. Thanks!
