Hi, I'm 21, and I have kyphosis of the spine,

Patient : Hi, I'm 21, and I have kyphosis of the spine, But recently I've been having lower back pain more often. I went to see my doctor in April and had a X-ray of my back, and the curvature has not changed. However I've had pretty constant back pain since last Sunday now (on and off before that). The odd day I have taken paracetamol to make the pain a bit more bare able, but I try not to take pain killers. Im not 100% sure this pain is related to the kyphosis, is there anything I can do to help with the pain? Should I go see my gp again? He didn't seem that worried that I had back pain, just said everyone gets back pain in their life, and I should be ok.
Symptoms:  Lower back pain
