Hi, i'm 22 years old female and i'm 5 month

Patient : Hi, i'm 22 years old female and i'm 5 month pregnant with my first child.. i was diagnosed with epilepsy when i was 11 and had 5 seizures in one year then it stopped ..i took medication from the start ( depakin 500ml/2times a day)and continued taking over the years and reduced it to 1 pill a day ...before my pregnancy i stopped taking the medication and i don't have any kind of problems now with my pregnancy, my question is should i give natural birth or caesarean? What are the pros and cons? The local anesthesia in caesarean does it harm my brain in anyway? i much appreciate if you answer me ..thank you
