Patient :Hi, im 24 and im currently taking a few (7) supplements / vitamins to try and help my (moderate acne, primarily on face) I start my day by having breakfast and I take 1 fiber tablet + 1 probiotic capsule (30 billion cultures)....then about 4-5 hours down I'll have my lunch and ill take 1 zinc (50 mg), 1 garlic (1000 mg), 1 vit D3 (5000 iu), 1 omega 3 purified fish oil (natural source) and 2 tablets of spirulina (500 mg). Then about 4-5 hours later I'll have dinner and finish off with 1 fiber tablet.
So my question is, are my combinations wrong by chance? Should I be switching or taking my vitamins / supplements differently to help maximize absorption / effectiveness? Are my supplements wrong?
