Patient :Hi, im 25 years old, 5'9" and weight 78kgs so im slightly fat but its not much noticeable. and i have been working out since a year now, i used to take whey protein(3-4 scoops a day), 1 litre full fat milk (with 60g saturated fat in total), creatine(3-4 g a day), multivitamin and on a few days i even used to take a pre workout supplement. In total i used to consume around 160-170grams of protein, around 300 grams of carbs and 65g of fat per day and 3 litres of water per day. But a fortnight ago i developed high bp of 150 and even 160, so im not working out now or taking any supplement but can i take a multivitamin along with the bp allevating medicines im taking dailyjQuery1113018669781740754843_1447710637175 cuz sometimes in a day my blood pressure rises and i start feeling shaky so im on medication. Also is there any reason why my bp was raised so much since i dont smoke or do alcohol? I just used to do 1 hour workout of 40 min weight training and a 1-2 km walk a day. but i usually sleep like around 2 am at night and wake up at 11am and usually stay in front of electronic devices alot.. also im not stressed at all so what could be the reason??
