HI, I'm a 38 yr old male I had fractured

Patient : HI, I'm a 38 yr old male. I had fractured my right leg 2 years back.Due to that I had been shifting my weight on to my left leg not to stress the right one..since 8 months I have pain in my left knee . The MRI report says ' Increase in the bulk with altered signal intensity (hyperintense on STIR) noted in the anterior cruciate ligament - suggestive of intrasubstance tear (grade 1)'. Globular hyperintense signal noted in the posterior horn of medial meniscus - suggestive of grade I tear. Kindly suggest what treatment I should undergo?
Symptoms:  Severe pain in the knee joint
