Hi I'm a fifteen year old female and I have

Patient : Hi. I'm a fifteen year old female and I have a small, flesh colored pinkish lump/skin extension on the front of the wrinkled part of my anus. It is painless and very soft and moves if pushed (it is not hard) I shave everything (I shave on each side of anus but I don't shave ON it, however I could have cut it at one point but I don't know, so it could be a skin tag from a cut?) I did not used to get enough fiber in my diet and I was maybe a little constipated (bowels 2 or three times a week, but i have never pooped super often, sometimes i have to strain and poop comes out in smaller lumps than it used to), sometimes i delay going to the toilet if that has anything to do with it, and the lump or skin used to swell a bit with a bowel movement but no pain) I take fiber supplements now and the lump seems to have quit swelling. It has no pain/itchiness and doesn't look like a hemorrhoid, it has been there for a while, not sure how long but months for sure and I never get bothered by it, no pain no itching, but I can see it. It is not exactly round it almost is but can be pushed it isn't super stiff, is it a skin tag or something worse? What is it? Could it just be excess tissue/skin on my body? Please please help.
